摘    要:通过人力资源管理的思想来分析人力资源结构的现状与发展的矛盾,从人才的结构、地域、年龄、培养等方面来阐述目前国企的人力资源结构对于长远战略发展的影响,并提出结构优化的必要性。

Abstract:Using the thought of the human resources management to analyze the contradiction between the actualities and the development of the structure of human resources and expounding the influence on a long-term strategy brought by the structure of human resources in state-owned enterprises from the aspects of the talents,region,age,talent cultivation and etc and putting forward the necessity of the structural optimization.
