城市化进程中的要素集聚、产业集群和城市群发展

城市化的基本特征即要素集聚,聚集经济是城市化的基本动力,产业集群有利于提升城市竞争力从而促进城市化,城市群的发展是城市化达到一定阶段的必然产物.在不同的经济发展和城市化水平上,要素集聚、产业集群和城市群分别起主要作用.我国地域辽阔,地区间经济发展和城市化水平存在较大差距,因此,加速我国的城市化进程,需要同时发挥城市聚集经济、产业集群和城市群的作用.

The basic character of urbanization is agglomeration, agglomeration economy is the basic motivation of urbanization, cluster is benefited to upgrading the power of city and boost the urbanization, and the development of the megalopolis is necessity in the high level of urbanization. In the different level of economic development and urbanization, the agglomeration economy, cluster and megalopolis play separately different role. We have a vast area in our country, and large gap are exist in the different regions, so, we should play the role of economy of city, cluster and megalopolis to accelerate the urbanization.
