| 摘 要： | 在物流业务外包方和第三方物流服务提供商都是风险规避的情况下,考虑了物流业务外包方的综合投入水平和第三方物流服务提供商的努力水平对产出的影响,运用委托-代理理论建立模型,进一步通过求解对变量之间的关系进行了分析,而且与以往结论进行对比发现,物流业务外包方的综合投入水平是不容忽视的一个变量,其不仅对产出有影响,而且对第三方物流服务提供商的努力水平也有明显的激励作用。

| Abstract: | This paper considers the outsourcerg integrative devotion level and the third party logistics service providerg efforts have effect on output. On condition that the outsourcer and the third party logistics service provider are both risk aversion, a mathematics model is built according to principal - agent theory. By analyzing the model results and comparing with the former conclusions, it finds the outsourcerg integrative devotion level is a important variable, which not only influences the output, but also has obvious effect on the third party service logistics providerg efforts. |
