| 摘 要： | 日前,银监会发布了（（商业银行资本管理办法（试行）》,实现了监管标准与巴塞尔Ⅲ的全面接轨。面对严格的监管要求,如何未雨绸缪、妥善应对是商业银行的当务之急。本文对监管要求的内容变化进行了全面解读,并根据农村信用社经营的实际情况分析了变化产生的影响,在此基础上提出了下一步工作的重点内容,以期对农村信用社的资本管理有所启示。

| Abstract: | In June 2012,China Banking Regulatory Commission released the Measures for the Capital Management of Commercial Banks (for Trial Implementation).Facing the new standard of supervision,how to answer the challenge and make preparation is the most important thing to the commercial banks at the present stage.In order to help rural credit union strengthening capital management,this paper interprets the change of the requirements in detail,analyzes the influence on the management condition of rural credit union,and based on this,puts forward the key steps in next work. |
