审慎推进利率市场化的思考

从国际经验看，在健全的金融管理体系和市场下实行利率市场化改革成功者居多，而在不成熟的条件和不适当的时机下完全放松利率管制者多以失败告终。本文通过对我国当前金融管理和市场体系基础的分析，指出当前利率实行全面市场化的弊端，提出我国利率市场化改革不可急功近利，应有规划、有步骤地进行。尤其是在当前错综复杂的国际国内政治经济形势下，利率市场化改革务必审慎进行。

Thinking on Advancing the Interest Rate Fully Marketization Carefully

In this paper,through the analysis of the financial management and market system,we point that the drawbacks of the implementation on the Interest rate fully marketization,and propose that full market-oriented reforms of China’s interest rate is not done instantly,which should be planned step by step progressively.Especially under the current complicated international and domestic political and economic situation,interest rates completely market-oriented reforms must be carried out carefully.
