| 摘 要： | 价值形成和价值分配理论是各个历史时期经济理论的重要组成部分.近年来,在我国理论界出现了价值形成和价值分配理论严重背离的倾向,在收入分配领域则弱化了上述二者的理论基础地位.从马克思经济理论形成的渊源上对相关理论进行了梳理,从另外一个角度来看待价值形成和价值分配理论在经济理论体系中形成的内在逻辑关系,从而能较为科学、客观地理解和把握其理论与现实意义,为我国实现和谐社会提供理论依据.
