| 摘 要： | 建设服务型政府是我国深化行政体制改革的必然趋势，而构建服务型政府体系为此提供了一个可循路径．有较大的实践意义一本文首先分析了构建服务型政府体系的意义，其次论述了服务型政府体系的构建，提出服务型政府体系由理念体系、目标体系、组织体系、执行体系和监督体系五个子体系构成，最后探索了创新服务型政府体系的四项对策。

| Abstract: | Building service-oriented government in China is an inevitable trend in the deepening of reform of administra- tive system,and establishing service-oriented government system provides a path to follow for reform of administrative system and has great practical significance.Firstly,the paper analyzes the significance of establishing service-oriented government system.Secondly,it discusses the establishment of service-oriented government system,and thinks that serv-ice-oriented government system consists of such five branches as idea sub-system,objective sub-system,organizational sub-system,executive sub-system and supervisory sub-system.Finally,it offers the four proposals for innovating service-oriented government system. |
