现代流通与农业竞争力

现代农业发展速度和水平,不仅取决于农业的产业化经营程度,更取决于现代流通能否发挥先导性作用,带动和引导农业按照市场需求进行产业化经营。我国农村市场体系虽然在规模、业态、主体和外部环境等方面取得了一定的发展,但仍存在着农村商品化程度低、农村居民人均纯收入低、农村生产流通组织化程度低、农村信息化、标准化程度低等问题。建立现代农村流通体系应从国际化、网络化、规范化、信息化、安全化、市场化、标准化和产业化等方面着手,发挥现代流通在改变城乡二元结构,提高农村产业化、现代化、工业化和社会化程度,建立农村现代市场体系,发展开放型农村经济以及提高农民收入等方面的重要作用。

Research on Modern Circulation and Agricultural Competitiveness

The author points out that the speed and level of the development of modern agricultural industry is demonstrated not only in terms of industrialized operation, but also in terms of if it can play its leading role in modern economic circulation. Though we have made great achievement in rural market system in terms of scale, business status, mainbody and external environment, there are still some problems with that, such as the low degree of commoditization, the low level of income, and the low degree of informatization and standardization. To establish modern rural circulation system, we should give full play to the role of modern circulation in changing urban-rural dual structure, improving the degree of rural industrialization, modernization and socialization, establishing rural modern market system, developing open-ended rural economy and increasing farmers' income.
