摘    要:土地利用变化及其效应是目前全球变化研究的热点之一.以南宁市为例,探讨耕地利用变化对粮食安全问题的影响,在分析1996-2003年耕地利用变化特点和粮食生产状况的基础上,探讨耕地利用变化包括数量、利用程度和集约度的变化与粮食生产的相关关系,研究表明目前南宁市耕地数量变化对粮食产量影响尚小,但耕地集约度和粮食播种面积对粮食产量影响重大.为此提出南宁市耕地保护的战略应采取以提高粮食播种面积和耕地利用集约度为中心的政策措施,方能达到增强粮食综合生产能力的目的.

Abstract:Land use change and its effects are important contents in the study of global change.Taking Nanning City,this paper discusses the effects of cultivated land use change on grain security as well as the character of cultivated land use change and the condition of grain production.Based on an analysis of the features of cultivated land use change and the situation of grain production from 1996 to 2003,the paper studies the correlativity between cultivated land use change,including the change of the quality,the use degree and the intensive degree of cultivated land use and grain production,with a result that the change of cultivated land quality has a minor effect on grain production of Nanning City,while the intensive degree of cultivated land use and grain planting area have great effects on grain production.So the strategy of protecting cultivated land in this city is to take the measure of improving grain planting area and the intensive degree of cultivated land use,so as to improve comprehensive production capacity of grain.
