| 摘 要： | 吉林省老工业基地的新型工业化问题,不仅仅是本地区的经济问题,还有许多非常复杂的问题相关联,并且具有系统性的特征.因此,单靠任何一项技术上的突破或是制度上的创新,都难以从根本上解决问题.也就是说,吉林老工业基地经济的持续性增长和发展,不能再仅靠中央给优惠政策、金融支持等外部条件,而应强调内部改革的深化和系统性.

| Abstract: | Jilin province old industrial base new industrialization problem is an economic problem in its region; many complex problems are connected to this problem, which has a systematic feature. Therefore, it is difficult to settle the problem with only one technical breakthrough or institutional innovation. In other words, sustained growth of Jilin old industrial base or the development of the northeast old industrial base can't only depends on the preferential policies or financial support that central government provides and so on external conditions, but should emphasize internal deepe- ning of reform and systematizing |
