| 摘 要： | 近些年来,吉林省风险投资发展十分迅速,对我省高新技术产业的发展、产业结构的优化和调整起到了非常积极的作用。风险投资在高回报的同时也具有很高的风险性。因此,有效地识别并控制风险,对促进我省风险投资企业的健康发展具有十分重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Recent years, risk investment in Jilin province is developing rapidly, and it has played an active role in the development of the high-tech industries and the industrial structure of our province. Although the risk investment has high return, it also has high risks. Therefore, how to effectively identify and control the risks has very important practical significance for the risk investment. We should analyze the danger of investment risks and countermeasures for the venture investment risk control to promote the healthy development of the risk investment enterprises in our province, we should inject vitality into high-tech industries and economic development of Jilin province. |
