| 摘 要： | 循环经济理论,对于区域经济发展在系统观、经济观、价值观、生产观和消费观上提出了新要求。在分析循环经济评价指标基本思路的基础之上,对区域循环经济统计指标体系的建立和综合评价进行研究。
