知识距离视角下全球价值链网络嵌入 与创新能力的关系研究

通过对153家中国制造企业的问卷调查，对全球价值链情境下的结构性嵌入、关系性嵌入、知识距离与创新能力的关系进行实证分析，并利用Johnson Neyman法对知识距离的调节效应进行了量化分析。结果表明：在低知识距离情况下，制造企业全球价值链结构性嵌入可显著促进企业创新能力；在高知识距离下，结构性嵌入对企业创新能力的影响不显著；全球价值链关系性嵌入对创新能力有显著正向影响，并且随着知识距离的降低，关系性嵌入对创新能力的促进作用越强。可见，知识距离在全球价值链网络嵌入与企业创新能力关系间起负向调节作用，降低与全球价值链合作企业间的知识距离，可充分发挥全球价值链嵌入对企业创新能力的提升作用。

Research on the Relationship Between Global Value Chain Network Embedding and Innovation Ability from the Perspective of Knowledge Distance

Based on a questionnaire survey of 153 Chinese manufacturing enterprises, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between structural embedding, relational embedding, and knowledge distance and innovation ability in the context of global value chain. The Johnson-Neyman technique method is used to quantitatively analyze the moderation effect of knowledge distance. The results show that in the case of low knowledge distance, the structural embedding of global value chain has a significant positive effect on the improvement of innovation ability, but in the case of high knowledge distance, the influence of structural embedding on the innovation ability of enterprises is not significant. Relational embedding has a significant positive impact on innovation ability, and with the decrease of knowledge distance, the promotion of global value chain relational embedding on innovation ability is stronger. It can be seen that knowledge distance moderate negatively the influence of the network embedding on the innovation ability. Narrowing the knowledge distance between enterprise and global value chain partners, we can give full play to the role of global value chain embedding in enhancing the innovation ability of enterprises.
