摘    要:针对当前钢筋连接套采用手工装袋、包装效率低、劳动强度大等问题,设计开发了一种具有自动包装功能的钢筋连接套包装设备。依据设计需求制定了包装工艺技术路线,分析了钢筋连接套自动上料及理料、包装袋自动上料、自动装袋及封口等自动包装功能,进而提出了钢筋连接套自动包装机的总体设计方案,设计了整机结构,并对送料机构、切断结构等关键执行机构进行了综合设计与分析,计算了上料、输送、推送、横纵向缝袋与剪切等构成的工作循环和整体包装效率。结果表明,所研发的设备可完成每小时122袋的包装任务,包装效率相比人工大幅提高,同时降低了工人的劳动强度。设备适用于钢筋连接套内螺纹M18-M32等多种规格的包装,研究结果可为其他相似非标包装设备的开发提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of manual bagging, low packaging efficiency and high labor intensity of the steel connecting sleeves, a kind of automatic packaging equipment for steel sleeve is developed. According to the design requirements, the technological route of packaging is formulated. The functions of automatic feeding and automatic bagging and sealing are analyzed. Then the overall design scheme of automatic packaging machine for steel connecting sleeve is proposed, and the structure of the whole machine is designed. The key executing mechanisms such as feeding mechanism and cutting structure are comprehensively designed and analyzed. The working cycle and overall packaging efficiency composed of feeding, conveying, pushing, transverse and longitudinal seam bagging and shearing are calculated. The results show that 122 bags could be packed per hour by this equipment. the packaging efficiency is greatly improved compared with manual work, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced. The equipment is suitable for packing various specifications of inner thread M18-M32 of steel connecting sleeves. The research results could provide reference for the development of other similar non-standard packaging equipment.
