山西省科研院所专利资本化现状及对策研究

通过对公开的专利数据库进行检索,分别从时间分布、有效/失效专利、资本化主体、资本化流向等角度,客观分析了山西省科研院所专利资本化现状,剖析其中存在的突出问题,从主体、客体和环境三方面提出了符合山西省实际需要的促进科研院所专利资本化的对策建议,为山西省科研院所的专利创新和资本化提供情报支撑,为政府制定相关决策提供参考。

Research on Status and Policy of Patent Capitalization for Research Institutes in Shanxi Province

By searching in public patent database, objective ayalysis on the patent capitalization status of research institutes in Shanxi province is conducted from the perspective of time distribution, valid/invalid patents, capitalization subject, capitalization flow and so on, and outstanding problems are dissected. Recommendations on promoting patent capitalization for research institutes from three aspects of the subject, object and environment are proposed according to actual requirements in Shanxi province. It will be used as an intelligence support for the patent innovation and capitalization of Shanxi research institutes and as a reference for government to make policies.
