| 摘 要： | 近几年上海经济突飞猛进的发展，旅游业发展迅猛，对上海经济的贡献日益显现，文章就上海旅游业的生命周期进行分析，对提高旅游业政策制定的科学性和增强旅游业发展战略的前瞻性具有重要意义。利用logistic回归模型研究旅游业的发展阶段，表明上海正处于发展旅游业的最佳时机。
