| 摘 要： | 优势产业是新疆未来经济腾飞的动力源泉.过去20多年来,新疆优势产业发展迅速,但分税制以来,地方税收与优势产业不协调的矛盾越来越突出,制约了地方财力的可持续增长.本文运用计量分析方法分析了两者之间的协调性及其原因,以期为相关决策提供参考依据.

| Abstract: | Advantageous industry will be the impetus of booming economy in Xinjiang in the future.In the past 20 years,advantageous industry in Xinjiang developed rapidly.However,after tax-sharing system was implemented,inconsistency between local tax and advantageous industry has become more and more distinct,restraining the sustainable growth of local finance.This paper,using econometrics,analyzes the degree of coordination between them and its causes in an attempt to give references to relevant policy. |
