| 摘 要： | 党的十七大做出了一项历史性决策：高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，并对这一主题做了极大的丰富和发展。深入学习、宣传、贯彻党的十七大精神，首先要全面、深刻地理解中国特色社会主义的科学内涵和重大意义。中国特色社会主义是伴随我国改革开放伟大实践形成的马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果；是我们党带领人民在社会主义现代化建设过程中历经艰辛探索而逐步开辟出来的正确发展道路；是党的十一届三中全会以来，我们在社会主义建设当中逐步探索、发展和成熟起来的适合中国特殊国情的社会主义制度。中国特色社会主义是改革开放以来我们取得一切成绩和进步的根本原因；是当代中国发展进步的旗帜，是全党全国各族人民团结奋斗的旗帜。
