The Strategy of Sustainable Development for the Towns in Hubei: Green Industrial Cluster

Many experts think that the towns in the internal land should learn the experiences of the coastal areas to develop industrial cluster.However,the survey indicates that in the course of immplementing specialized township industrialization in the coastal areas there exist many serious environmental pollution problems.Rather than copy the pattern of"treating ofter pollution"for the towns in Hubei to promote the economic development,the paper advances the strategy of"green industrial cluster"by analyzing pollution transfter in the large cities and also the problems of engergy supply and resource utilization.
