| 摘 要： | 先行者优势理论主要用于解释企业进入某一新产业或新市场的时机问题。文章介绍了先行者优势理论的产生和发展,分析了该理论所面临的困境,提出将资源基础观与先行者优势理论相结合,并从资源基础观的角度对先行者优势理论进行解释。文章最后指出了现有研究的不足与进一步研究的可能方向。

| Abstract: | First-mover advantage(FMA) theory is a theory devoted to explain the entry timing of firm into a new industry or market.This paper introduces the formation and development of FMA,and analyses the difficulties faced by FMA.Based on those difficulties,it proposes the integration of resource-based view(RBV) with FMA and explains the FMA used RBV.Finally,the deficiencies of present literature and the direction of future researches are pointed out. |
