基于BP神经网络的订单式供应链采购提前期研究

采购对于订单式供应链具有重要的作用，采购提前期制订的合理与否直接影响到企业生产过程和订单的顺利交割。随着市场竞争环境的供应链化，对于供应链中进行生产加工活动的企业，越来越多的生产设备、原材料等生产投入要素需要相应的配套企业来提供．这就对采购活动提出了更高的要求，采购提前期在供应链中的重要性更加突出。文章利用BP神经网络，对提前期分解，对阶段时间进行预测，以满足企业供应链采购管理发展的需要，并且通过实证说明方法的有效性。

Research on Purchase Lead Time of Order Form Type Supply Chain Based on BP NeurM Network

Purchase is very important to the order form type supply chain.A reasonable formulation of lead time has direct effection on enterprise's production process and the completion of order form.While the supply chain become the main body of market competition,more and more equipments and raw material need necessary enterprises to provide.It sets higher request to the enterprise's purchases.In this article,lead time is divided into five stage times,and we carry on the forecast to stage time using BP neural network.Taking this method is to meet the need of enterprise's purchase management which is developing unceasingly.In the end,one case is illustrated to demonstrate the feasibility of the method.
