摘    要:我国旅行社行业长期以来为价格竞争所困扰,其中旅行社产品同质化是重要的影响因素,因此探讨旅行社产品创新问题不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且具有重要的现实意义.将旅行社产品细分为旅游供应商产品,产品组织、直接服务、销售和品牌等要素,并分别对其创新做了探讨,从而推动了这一领域研究的深入.

Abstract:The product of China's travel industry has long been influenced by price competition,of which product homogeneity is an important cause.Therefore,to study product innovation has not only theoretical but also practical and important significance.Differing from the common study taking the product of travel industry as a whole,this paper subdivides the product into products of tourism supplier,product organizing,direct service,selling and brand,and then discusses their innovation differently,and therefore is favorable to improve the study of this area.
