| 摘 要： | 商业是时代的特征，交换是市场经济的本质，流通是基础产业。深化流通体制改革，推进先进流通方式，关键在于改变时代对流通的看法，摆正流通在国民经济运行中的地位。本文从理论依据、产业特征和现实表现等方面，系统论述流通产业是基础产业的新命题。

| Abstract: | Modern economy is characterized by prevailing commerce with the exchange of goods as the essence of market economy and the goods distribution industry as the groundwork.The key for reforming distribution system developing advanced distribution mode lies in the upgrade of conception about distribution and correctly positioning of distribution in the economy.Combining theories with industrial features in practice, this paper discusses systematically the new proposition that goods distribution industry is the groundwork of the economy . |
