| 摘 要： | 群体公民行为是工作群体作为整体所表现出来的,有利于促进整个组织总体目标实现的一种角色外行为。培养组织中的群体公民行为,非常有助于企业组织,尤其是实行团队模式管理的企业,提升组织绩效和改善员工的行为与态度。本文对以往研究进行了分析和总结,对未来研究方向做出了预测,并在其影响因素的研究成果基础上提出了一些初步的开发策略。
