| 摘 要： | 本文构建了第三产业综合发展状况指标体系,并依据1990、1995和2000年城市统计年鉴数据,用因子分析法对全国55个主要城市的第三产业综合发展状况进行了定量动态分析。首先对所选的经济指标做因子分析得出三个意义较为明确的公共因子,再用这三个公共因子对所选出的55个主要城市得分排序,得到中国主要城市第三产业发展状况的排名;发现我国城市第三产业的发展呈现出东高西低的不平衡局面,而且近年这种差距有扩大的趋势;总体上特区城市的第三产业发展最好,其次是东部沿海开放城市,发展最差的是既无行政级别又无地理优势的一般的大城市。第三产业的发展与经济发展水平紧密相关,与政策的偏向性正相关,与地理位置的优劣程度正相关,但是与人口规模几乎不相关。

| Abstract: | In this article,we set up a set of assessment index system of the tertiary industry,Using the methods of factor analysis,we have a dynamic and quantitative analysis to the55mainly cities' tertiary development in China.The analyzing outcome reveals that there exists gaps of the tertiary industry development among the cities,and this status has not improved during our observing period. |
