| 摘 要： | 采用TOPSIS模型进行建设项目投资方案的决策，可以更有效地实现项目方案的综合评价，增加决策的可靠性，从而保证投资资金的循环与周转，并及时收回投资。这无疑会给投资建设项目带来更大的经济效益与社会效益。
