| 摘 要： | 广东的经济与金融存在明显的二元结构,珠江三角洲地区经济发展总量大,速度快,金融资源丰富,且对金融资源的利用效率高,投资旺盛;东西两翼和北部山区经济发展总量小,速度较为缓慢,金融资源匮乏,投资萎缩,储蓄向投资转化的效率较低。为了改善广东经济与金融的二元结构,促进广东区域金融与区域经济协调发展,建议灵活运用货币政策,改善区域金融生态环境,优化金融资源配置。
