| 摘 要： | 研究目的：对中国频繁暴发土地冲突的经济原因、社会经济原因、人口原因、行政原因和法律原因做全面分析。研究方法：文献法，演绎法，归纳法。研究结果：经济、人口、行政、法律等原因是中国频繁暴发土地冲突事件的真正原因。研究结论：根据土地冲突事件频繁暴发的原因，制定科学的防范、缓解和化解中国土地冲突事件的方案，已是当务之急。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively analyze the causes of the frequent land conflicts in China from the perspectives of economy, society, population, public administration, and legal environment etc. Methods of documentation, deduction and induction are employed. The results indicate that the essential causes of the frequent land conflicts are highly related with economy, population, administration and law. The conclusion is that it is urgent to develop a reasonable mechanism to avoid, alleviate and solve land conflicts in China according to the causes analyzed above. |
