| Abstract: | Human capital is an effective perspective to study the contemporary rural poverty in China.The stock of la-bor's human capital including knowledge,skills,health,the ability of migration and ideas has an important influence on his family poverty in the rural areas,and increasing the investment in human capital is the fundamental way to resolve the prob-lem of poverty in the rural areas in China. |
