A企业人力资源管理的研究

摘    要:加入世贸组织后,国外金融企业加剧金融市场的竞争,企业人力资源竞争越来越成为核心竞争。人力资源管理成为决定企业成败的关键,从A企业内外环境作出人力资源管理分析,结合A企业自身实际科学制定人力资源管理模块,建立人力资源管理系统,制定一系列人力资源规划措施,将人力资源管理作为第一管理,使自身立于不败之地,增强竞争优势。它对人力资源及其他相同企业的管理具有一定参考和借鉴意义。

Abstract:After joining the WTO,foreign financial enterprises intensify the competition for financial market,and the competition for enterprise human resources is increasingly becoming the core.Human resource management becomes the key to determining the success of enterprise.By analyzing human resource management,according to the inner and outer environment of the enterprise and connecting its situation,the enterprise makes human resource management mode scientifically,builds human resource management system,and sets up a series of measures on human resource planning.Taking human resource management as the first management will help the enterprise remain invincible and strengthen its competitive advantage,which is of some reference significance for the management of human resources and other similar enterprises.
