| Abstract: | More measured should be made to strengthen the supervision and management in the course of property rights transactions of SOEs. It is important to emancipate the mind and overcome the cognitive mistakes. When we try to deepen the property rights reform and realize the sustainable development of SOEs, there are three main mistakes: property rights transaction priced at book value, or sold to the highest bidder, and random selection of collaborators. |
