Analysis of Field Effect Theory and Knowledge Sharing Process

After analyzing the difficult point of knowledge share-in and field effect theory, this article advances the concept of knowledge field in accordance with the role field effect played in the process of knowledge sharing. Also, through the analysis of the function mechanism of field effect, the article elaborates the share-in process of active and cognitive knowledge in organizations. The pattern of realizing share of knowledge with field effect theory is also given.
