京津冀科技创新与产业结构升级耦合

立足于两系统的耦合作用机理，从要素投入、市场产出、环境支撑三个维度构建科技创新评价指标体系，从产业结构高度化、产业结构合理化两个维度构建产业结构升级评价指标体系，运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型对京津冀科技创新、产业结构升级现状及其耦合情况进行分析。研究认为，京津冀科技创新能力明显提升，产业结构升级态势良好，两系统的耦合总体处于稳定阶段；北京、天津、河北两系统的耦合处于不同发展阶段，制约耦合度提升的因素有所不同。

Coupling of Science and Technology Innovation and Industrial Upgrading in Beijing Tianjin Hebei

This study builds the science and technology innovation evaluation index system from factor input,market outputs and environmental support,and constructs the industrial upgrading evaluation index system from dimensions of advancement and rationalization of industrial structure. Using the entropy value method and the coupling model,this paper attempts to analyze the coupling situation of the science and technology innovation and the industrial upgrading of Beijing Tianjin Hebei. It can be concluded that the science and technology innovation capability of Beijing Tianjin Hebei is obviously improved, while the industry is upgraded in a good situation,and the two systems are coupling in a stable stage. The coupling between the two systems of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are in different stage and the influencing factors are different.
