| 摘 要： | 选聘大学生任"村官"是超越市场逻辑的政治举措。高职毕业生以其人才规格和培养模式具有选聘"村官"的优势,高职院校在"市场逻辑+政治举措"的背景下,可以通过系统的思想政治教育、各类实用人才培养及新农村带头人的培养,造就一批"筑巢"村官",有效服务社会主义新农村建设。

| Abstract: | To select college students to be village officials is the governmental policy beyond the market orientation. Higher vocational students haveadvantages to be village official candidates for their intelligence level and cultivation pattern. Under ＂Market Orientation ＋ Governmental Policy＂, highervocational colleges should cultivate large quantities of long -stay village official candidates to serve the socialism construction of new villages bysystematic political education and practical talents cultivation. |
