我国成为世界第三大贸易国是由外资企业推动的。本文认为。我国需要内、外资企业两方面的支持，才能由制造业大国走向制造业强国；内资企业存在的主要问题在于技术引进了，吸收消化能力却未同步提高，缺乏自主知识产权导致高新技术产品出口效益低下等。

An Analysis on the Causes of Weak Hi-tech Ability of the Exporting Enterprises in China

Foreign-funded enterprises have contributed to China as the third largest international trade nation m the world. They are m absolute advantage in the export of both machinery-electronic products and hi-tech products. This paper stresses that the only way China will become a world powerful manufacturing nation is that the home-funded enterprises have technological ability as great as that of the foreign-funded ones. Poor ability in diagnosing imported skills, lack of self-owned intellectual property rights and so on are the main problems in home-funded enterprises, in which there are 5 main causes leading to weak hi-tech ability, such as just adopting foreign skills instead of self-study and invention in techniques. It puts forward some suggestions for increasing the ability.
