| 摘 要： | 农村土地股份合作制的局限性表现为农地产权不完善影响农地股权稳定性;区域发展不平衡影响农地股份合作发展;农地股份合作制内部机制存在弊端;农地股份合作制缺乏法律保障。加强农村土地股份合作制度建设,必须增强农民土地处置权能;赋予农民土地资产性权利;确保农民土地使用权长期化。
