新城市时代特大城市空间重构研究——以济南市为例

21世纪的中国进入新城市时代,城市空间结构变化剧烈.本文以济南市为例,探讨中国特大城市人口和经济的空间重构规律,研究发现:人口规模呈周期性涨落,各街区的人口变动较为明显且已出现逆城市化态势,人口分布不平衡且在空间上存在突变和周期性变动;中心城区的经济空间重构极为明显,第一产业空间压缩,非农产业空间转换剧烈,第三产业空间整合提升.研究表明,中国已经进入了城市化的新时期.

Research on the Spatial Reconstruction of Chinese Megalopolis in New City Times: A Case of Jinan City

In Twenty-first Century,China entered a new era of urbanization.Space structure of cities especially the megalopolis is changing violently.Taking Ji’ nan city as an example,special reconstruction law of megalopolis in new urbanization era is studied.Results shows that the population of megalopolis is fluctuate periodically,the change of population quantity of the blocks is more obviously,which means that Counter urbanization will appear in the near future.Population distribution is imbalanced in space and has a space mutation.The restructure of economy space in central city area is changing obviously too.The space of the Primary industry is compressed,and other space of city is transformed dramatically.The space of the tertiary industry is upgraded.Result shows that China has entered the new period of urbanization.
