Influencing Factors in the Formation of Danwei System in Chinese Cities

Danwei gradually formed under the conditions of special international backgrounds and planned economy in socialist China,influenced not only by communist ideology,but also by Chinese traditional history,culture and revolutionary experiences of CCP.Meanwhile,unexpected factors also played a part.Those existed studies have deepened the cognition of Danwei’s formation,but culture and psychology,the tangibility of the factors and the causes of different kinds of Danweis still need more research.
