| 摘 要： | 电子信息产业作为中国的支柱产业之一,在近几年的时间内得到了飞速的发展.随着高科技的进一步应用,这个领域势必有着更加广阔的发展空间.目前中国电子信息产业的发展在人力资源管理、环境资源、产业结构方面存在一些问题,实践证明,优化产品、产业结构,加强立法,发挥政府的职能作用,重视有关人才培养能有效解决以上问题.

| Abstract: | As one of the most important industries in China,the electronics information industry has developed fast in recent years.With more and more high-tech has been using,this area will get many chances to develop.Now,there are some problems of China's electronics information industry in human resource management,enviornment resources and industry structure.To solve these problems,we should optimize the product and industrial structure,strengthen the legislation realize the government's function and emphasize the human cultivation. |
