| 摘 要： | 建于20世纪50年代的南宁市宾阳县甘棠镇前四水库,因当时设计标准低和工程质量差,已经无法正常发挥作用。前四水库除险加固工程摆在了有关部门各项工作的首位,其设计理念获得了好评。

| Abstract: | Qiansi reservoir in Gantang town,Binyang county,Nanning city which was built in 1950s has not perform its function well due to its design standard and project quality.The danger elimination and reinforcement project of the reservoir is given top priority to other work of relevant department and the design notion is judged highly. |
