基于价值链生命周期的企业财务战略设计

在新世纪,企业发展不只是企业与企业之间的竞争,而且是价值链与价值链之间的竞争,作为价值管理活动的财务管理也就自然而然地关注企业价值的创造活动。基于价值链的企业财务战略是在价值链理论的指导下,运用价值链管理理念再造传统财务战略程序和方法,从系统与动态发展的视角开展对企业财务战略问题的研究,构建面向21世纪的、符合企业战略发展需要的财务战略体系,有助于培育和发展企业的核心竞争力,有助于完善和发展现代意义上的财务战略理论与方法体系。基于此,本研究以价值链企业群的价值创造为核心,从筹资角度按照价值链创新的生命周期对价值链企业各阶段的投资战略进行了设计。

Financial Strategy for Enterprise Based on the Life-cycle of Value Chain

In the 21th century,the competition is not only between the enterprises but also between the value chains.As a kind of value management,financial management focuses on value creating.With the help of the theory of value chain,value chain based financial strategy for enterprise makes its research on the financial strategy for value-chain corporation by reforging the process and method of the traditional financial strategy and try to set up a new financial strategy system which fits for the development of corporation in 21th century.It is helpful to improve the modern theory and method system of financial strategy and to build up the core competence of the corporation.Based on this,the author study to maximize the creativity of value chain,put forward the financial strategy for raising capital about investing according to the lifecycle of innovating.
