| Abstract: | Taking the multielement property rights of Hebi Coal Mining Corporation,Henan Coal and Chemical Group as an example,in combination with the development course of the equipment rental management in the coal industry,the paper analyzed the problems existed in the equipment rental management.From the layout of the equipment management organization,function conversion,management means and others,a discussion was conducted on the equipment rental management modes. |
