非英语专业大学生英语演讲焦虑及心理干预对策

颇具影响力的大型英语演讲比赛已成为展现当代中国大学生的英语水平和思想风貌,以及各高校英语教学水平的舞台,因而得到全国各级院校的积极响应。英语演讲对发展青年学生个人能力的促进作用也逐渐为人所知。然而,由于受英语演讲焦虑的影响,非英语专业大学生演讲能力很难得到提高。通过用窄时间段测量法,能够观测分析演讲者在几个关键时间段所感受到的状态焦虑。利用分析结果,结合团体心理辅导干预,教师可帮助学生减轻英语演讲焦虑,改善演讲表现。
