民营企业技术引进的质量控制

加入WTO之后,外国大型跨国公司纷纷进驻中国,导致国际竞争国内化和国内竞争国际化。我国民营企业规模小、技术含量低、竞争能力差,很难与外国跨国公司进行竞争,这就要求我国民营企业必须在进行技术进步战略选择时,不能背离我国的经济状况、要素禀赋结构以及我国企业的具体情况。文章采用层次分析法分析企业应该采取的技术进步战略,并在此基础上用内生增长模型来分析技术引进的质量控制。

We should introduce the appropriate technology, introduce the most superior technology, and carry on digestion, absorption, innovation, So as to do strongly and carry out foreign direct investment.
