摘    要:客户忠诚的重要性正被越来越多的企业所认识。对于网络来讲,客户忠诚更为重要,因为登录网站的主动权掌握在客户手里。本文通过论证客户忠诚的决定因素,并结合三级关系营销方法,提出了客户忠诚理论模型。并探讨了三级关系营销方法在建立网上客户忠诚的运用,以此指导网站建设。

Abstract:Today,Customers have the world at their fingertips and keeping them loyal is very difficult.More and more enterprises have recognized the importance of customer loyalty. The article demonstrates the driver of customer loyalty; and set forth a theoretics model of customer loyalty, which links three valuebuilding approaches:adding financial benefits,adding social benefits,and adding structural ties;and then discuss the application of three valuebuilding approaches to create E- loyalty,which can coach you how to create e- loyalty.
