网络型产业自然垄断边界的判定

With the continual wariation of knowledge on the natural monopoly characters,economists are deepening the judgment on network industry's natural monopoly boundary.Combining evolvng rule of nataral momnpoly,the paper divides some factors which affect natural monopoly boundary into two parts:cost and non-cost factors,evolving rule of natural monopoly and inguiring into the judgment on network industry's natural monopoly boundary.It puts forward that network not only effects influents on cost,but also changes its technique of supply and demand of market and has important influence on anti-trust.
