| 摘 要： | 通过对我国西部煤炭能源开发与利用现状的阐述,对其中产生的问题进行了分析,认为导致我国西部资源富集区经济发展受到制约主要归因于制度问题,并且对当前资源开发利用带来的生态环境恶化做出了分析,最终从管理与技术两个层面提出了相应解决措施,即产业联动以及洁净煤技术,以期为加速西部经济发展、实现可持续发展的循环经济做出贡献。

| Abstract: | This issue elaborated present situation of Western China energy development and utilization of coal,analyzed the questions existed,which lead to economy in western China enrichment resources area be restricted mainly due to system problems,and made the research for present deterioration of the ecological environment by resources development and utilization.Finally,put forward two levels of management and technology to solve this problem,that is,industry linkage and clean coal technology,and thus to contribute to accelerate the economic development of the western,and achieve circular economy sustainable development. |
