| 摘 要： | 国内学者对我国加工贸易转型升级一般途径及政策研究较多，个别专家从企业层面研究了加工贸易转型升级的机制。本文从企业、产业和地区三个层面分别研究了以提高竞争力为目的的我国加工贸易转型升级机制，同时提出要建立与完善统一协调的、有利于促进加工贸易转型升级的政府政策制度体系和社会化服务体系。
