| 摘 要： | 任何领域发生的危机，都有一个产生、发展和消亡的过程。在其发展演进过程中，不同性质、类型的危机，不仅表现出自身固有的特性，而且还表现出共同的社会特征。与此同时，还表现出阶段性的生命周期。本文力图从危机管理的角度，解读危机的社会特征及其生命周期中的阶段性对策。
