| 摘 要： | 本文在简述信息工程监理和关键成功因素的内涵基础上，从成功的监理案例中总结出影响信息工程监理成功的人员、管理、技术、组织等因素，进一步结合文献分析归纳得出信息工程监理成功的关键4类12个因素。最后，在一个监理项目案例中进行了验证。

| Abstract: | In this paper, on the basis of the concept of information engineering supervision and key success factors, the main success factors were analyzed from the successful information engineering supervision projects, Then, the key success factors, including 4 classes and 12 factors, were educed combining the case study and literature review. In the end, those key success factors were validated through another information engineering supervision project. |
